The process of working with Jordan was so easy, seamless, and rewarding that I’m still in awe. As a first-time homeowner, I never imagined I’d be renovating a 1910 Craftsman home that was abandoned and dilapidated, but here I am, living in a dream house I didn’t even know I could have. Everyone told me I was crazy to take on a project like this—and they were right. I would’ve been, if it weren’t for Jordan. He thought of everything. He didn’t just treat me like a client—he really saw me as a person. He considered my lifestyle, my needs, and even my cat! (Yes, he designed a tunnel for my cat’s litter box so I wouldn’t have to clean it inside the house. Total game changer.) Every decision he made was so thoughtful and intentional. Jordan valued the history and soul of my home as much as I do, which was so important to me. He managed to honor its 1910 charm while creating a space that feels modern, functional, and personal. The kitchen and bathrooms are the most stunning I’ve ever seen, and even the fun touches—like the rotating doorways—feel like they belong in this house’s story. He brought this house back to life without erasing its history, and that’s what makes it so magical. One moment that truly moved me was when Jordan found Edwardian-era children’s toys hidden in the walls. He deduced that one of the rooms had likely been a nursery. That discovery made me feel like we weren’t just restoring a house—we were uncovering its story. It connected me to the home’s past and filled me with hope for all the happy memories to come in its future. It was such a special reminder that this house has always been a place for love, laughter, and life, and now it gets to be that again. Jordan is more than just a contractor—he’s an artist, a historian, and honestly, a magician. This project moved forward so seamlessly. What could’ve been a nightmare turned into one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Jordan is a rare gem, and I feel so blessed to have had him (and his amazing, patient, efficient team) bring this home to life. This house is everything I dreamed it could be and more. Jordan did a total kitchen remodel for us and he was an absolute joy to work with. Not only is the quality of his work excellent, but his attention to detail, professionalism, conscientiousness, and general level of caring are exceptional as well.
There were several times we noticed a small detail that seemed insignificant but when we dismissed it Jordan told us, “If it bothers you now it will always bother you.
